摘要
本工程主体结构高148.75 m,所选取的结构系统为钢筋混凝土框架(钢管混凝土叠合柱)与钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,属于B级高度建筑。结构设计时从概念设计出发,介绍了地基基础的设计、结构选型及分析、结构整体设计指标等内容,并对计算结果进行分析,对结构进行了静力弹塑性分析。此外,还阐述了钢管混凝土叠合柱及节点的设计理念。分析结果表明,工程各项计算指标均符合规范要求。
The proposed project adopts a structural system with reinforced concrete frames (concrete filled steel tube composite column) and reinforced concrete core walls. The building with the height of 148.75m is classified as level-B high-rise building in Chinese codes. In alignment with the concept design, the design of the foundation and base, the selection and analyses of the structural system and parameters were discussed. Elastic-plastic time-history analyses were performed. In addition, the design idea of concrete filled steel tube composite column and joints were described. Results show that all outcomes satisfy code requirements.
