摘要
上海环球金融中心大厦是目前已建成的国内最高的超高层建筑,结构高度492 m。为了提高建筑物在风振情况下的舒适度,在该建筑的第90层设置了2台阻尼装置,用以控制结构在风振时的加速度反应。介绍了阻尼装置的主要动力参数,结构分析的主要结果,以及现场阻尼装置开启和关闭实验的主要测试结果。结构分析和现场实验结果表明,本工程中安装的阻尼装置达到了预期的效果:将整体结构的阻尼比提高到8倍左右;将结构的风振效应减小到60%以下。
Shanghai World Financial Center Tower is the highest building in China mainland with 492 m at the building top. In order to improve its comfort condition under wind loading, two set of identical damping devices were set up at 90th floor to reduce the acceleration response of the structure. The damping device is an active tuned mass damper under wind loading, while under earthquake condition the device switches off its active function and becomes a passive tuned mass damper. The dynamic parameters of the damping device, the structural analysis results and the site vibration measurement results are given in this paper. The analysis and site measurement results show that the damping devices perform well with the following characteristics: increasing the damping ratio up to 8 times, and reducing the wind acceleration response up to 60%.
