摘要
目的对太白产红毛七中的生物碱类化学成分进行研究,为其开发利用提供依据。方法利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反向硅胶(RP-C18)柱色谱、半制备型高效液相色谱等分离方法从红毛七中得到单体化合物,依据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个生物碱类化合物,分别为臭豆碱(1)、(-)-epibaptifoline(2)、穿叶赝靛碱(3)、epimediphine(4)和(+)-reticuline(5)。结论 5个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物4和5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the alkaloid constituents from the roots and rhizomes of Caulophyllum robustum collected in Taibai Mountain, and to provide evidence for the further development and utilization of Caulophyllum robustum. Methods Alkaloids were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-C18 column chromatography, and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results Five alkaloids were isolated and identified as anagyrine(1),(-)-epibaptifoline(2), baptifoline(3), epimediphine(4) and( +)-reticuline(5). Conclusion All the compounds have been obtained from the plant for the first time, and compound 4 and 5 have been firstly isolated from genus Caulophyllum.
