摘要
采用钒钼酸铵分光光度法对饲料总磷含量的测定进行探讨。将试样中游离出来的磷在酸性溶液中与显色剂钒钼酸铵作用,生成黄色的络合物,在特定波长下进行比色测定。考察了吸收波长、显色剂用量、静置时间对实验结果的影响。实验结果表明,除静置时间外,吸收波长和显色剂用量对实验结果均有较大的影响。最佳实验条件为:吸收波长400 nm,显色剂10 m L,在该条件下,总磷的测定结果重现性好、准确度高。
The ammonium vanadate molybdate spectrophotometer method was used to explore the determination of the total phosphorus content in feed. The phosphorus was freed out of the sample. In the acidic solution,the phosphorus reacted with the chromogenic agent of vanadium ammonium molybdate to generate yellow complex,which was determined in a specific absorption wavelength. The effects of the absorption wavelength,the chromogenic agent,and the holding time on the experimental results were explored. The experimental results showed that in addition to the holding time,the absorption wavelength and the chromogenic agent had a great influence on the results of the experiments. The best experimental conditions were as follows: the absorption wavelength at 400 nm and 10 m L chromogenic agent,which resulted in a more reproducible and reliable determination result of the total phosphorus.
