摘要
食品安全关系到整个社会的稳定。我国古代最早从周朝开始对食品就有了法律规定,汉代对食品处理方式规定最明确,唐宋关于食品安全的法律规定最为严格,而清代对食品安全问题的管理更科学化和人性化。时至今日,我国的食品安全问题依旧严峻,古代对食品安全的重典治理、行业协会监管和问责奖惩等思路值得当代学习与借鉴。
Food safety is related to the stability of the whole society. We formulate the earliest regulation for food safety from the Zhou dynasty,the Han Dynasty enacting the clear law on food safety; the law was most strict in Tang and Song dynasty. The food safety management was more scientific and humanized in Qing Dynasty. Today,the problem of food safety in China is still severe. The ancient priority management thinking of food safety,as severe punishment,regulation of Trade Association,accountability rewards and punishments,are worth learning and reference of Contemporary.
