摘要
在分析物流服务供应链(LSSC)运作特点的基础上,文章构建了多物流任务合作的LSSC动态激励模型,对具体激励机制进行了研究。研究表明,动态合作中的隐性声誉效应对于LSSC合作的稳定性和长期绩效具有重要作用,多任务关联性对于具体物流任务选择和激励效能具有显著影响,在任务关联特性和不同物流任务系统产出差异的共同影响下,物流服务集成商的激励作用表现出一定的倾向性,物流服务提供商抗风险程度及其能力预期对于激励强度具有一定影响。文章还根据激励机制特点对LSSC运作实践提出了相关建议。
Based on the analysis of specific operation characteristics of Logistic Service Supply Chain, LSSC dynamic incentive model with multi logistics tasks cooperation is structured and its incentive mechanism is studied. The research shows that the implicit reputation effect in dynamic cooperation has important effect on the stability and long-term performance of LSSC cooperation; multi task relevance has a significant effect on the choice of the specific logistics task and the incentive effect; under the joint influence of task correlation and the system output difference between logistics tasks, the incentive function of logistics service integrator has a certain tendency; logistics service provider's anti-risk property and ability expectation have a certain impact on incentive intensity. The paper also provides some suggestions for the operation of LSSC according to the characteristics of the incentive mechanism.
