“互联网+”环境下物流服务价值共创机理与实现策略研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着"互联网+"与物流的不断融合,"互联网+"为物流服务价值创造过程中资源整合、服务创新、知识共享和互动提供了新的平台和商业模式。客户、物流服务供应商及第三方利益相关者成为物流服务价值的共创者。本文基于"互联网+"时代背景及服务主导逻辑理论,提出连接、整合、互动和重构是"互联网+"环境下驱动物流服务价值共创的机理,并采用PARTS模型对物流服务价值共创的战略要素进行了分析。最后,从构建或融入"互联网+"物流服务生态系统、推进物流4.0、强化资源整合能力三个方面提出了"互联网+"环境下物流企业服务价值共创的实现策略,以期为传统物流企业向价值共创型企业转型提供实施策略和建议。 With the fusion of internet + and logistics industry,internet + provides new platform and business models to support the resource integration, services innovation, knowledge sharing and interaction in the process of logistics services value creation. The value of logistics services are co-created by the customers, logistics providers and the third-party stakeholders. Based on the internet+ background and service-dominant logic theory, this paper shows that the key mechanism of value co-creation for logistics services in internet + environment is connection, integration, interaction and reconstruction.On the basis, the strategy elements for logistics services value co-creation is analyzed by PARTS model. Finally, three implementation strategies for logistics services value co-creation,including constructing the internet + logistics services ecology system, implementation logistics 4.0 and improving the resource integration ability, are studied to help the traditional logistics enterprises to transform to the value co-creation enterprises in internet+ environment.
