摘要
目的观察并探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法对照组采用甲氨蝶呤,观察组用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗异位妊娠成功率达到94.29%,高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论甲氨蝶呤+米非司酮+中药治疗异位妊娠,临床疗效明确。
Objective To observe and discuss the clinical curative effect of ectopic pregnancy methotrexate combined with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods The control group was treated with methotrexate. The observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate and traditional Chinese medicine. The curative effects were compared. Results In the observation group in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy success rate reached 94.29%, higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups has obvious statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate ＋ mifepristone ＋ traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, efficacy significantly.
