甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床研究 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法符合保守治疗条件的异位妊娠118例,随机分为两组,观察组60例,应用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗;对照组58例,单一应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察两组的临床疗效、安全性。结果观察组成功率95.00%,高于对照组的86.21%(P<0.05);血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)降至正常时间、异位妊娠包块消失时间,观察组均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠具有疗效好、安全性高等优点,值得临床推广。
