摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮及中药治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法选择住院或门诊符合药物保守治疗条件的异位妊娠110例,予MTX 50 mg/m2单次肌内注射,第2天开始口服米非司酮50 mg 2,/d,共3 d,同时口服自拟中药方剂加减治疗,每天1剂,连用7 d,定期监测血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)及四维彩超检查监测包块变化。结果 MTX联合米非司酮及中药治疗异位妊娠成功率达92.7%;血β-hCG下降及恢复至正常水平时间、盆腔包块消失时间缩短,不良反应轻微。结论 MTX联合米非司酮及中药治疗异位妊娠可提高临床疗效,缩短疗程,安全可行,也可门诊随诊治疗,可作为临床首选治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Methotrexate（MTX） combined with Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 110 patients with ectopic pregnancy possessed conservative treatment conditions from In-patient Department or Out-patient Department received a single intramuscular injection of MTX with a dose of 50 mg/m2,and on the second day,they received 50 mg of oral Mifepristone twice a day for three days,at the same time,Chinese medicine was added once a day for seven days.The levels of blood chorionic gonadotrophin（hCG） were regularly monitored,and the size of mass was detected with four dimensional colour ultrasound.Results The success rate of MTX combined with Mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy was 92.7%,the time of blood hCG decreased to normal and disappearing time of pelvic mass were shortened,and adverse reactions were slight.Conclusion MTX combined with Mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and can improve the clinical effect,shorten the course of the disease,and may be considered as the first treatment scheme.
