摘要
共建"一带一路"是我国新时期打造对外开放和对外关系两个"升级版"的重大举措,意义深远。作为该倡议的重要邀请对象之一,印度的反应却相对冷淡。对此,印度国内社会大体形成了反对、赞成和观望三种主要认知,官方的态度也不甚明朗。针对印度小心翼翼的姿态,我们应从经济、政治、人文和安全等重点领域入手,进一步加强"一带一路"倡议同印度发展战略的有效对接,通过共商共建共享"一带一路",不断深化两国关系,构建中印新型大国关系,携手实现共同崛起,建设"中印大同"(CHINDIA)。
India is un-enthusiast to OBOR initiative. The Chinese side need to find meeting points with the development of India with regards to cooperation on economic, political, security domains and people-to-people engagement. Discussions on OBOR and joint development of this initiative need to be made in order to develop Sino-Indian relations and build a new China-Indian relations in order to ensure the common rise of the two neighbors or CHINDIA.
