摘要
目的:探讨等长肌力训练结合渐进放松法在手外伤康复训练中的应用效果。方法:将40例手外伤伴疼痛患者随机分为对照组和试验组各20例,对照组仪采用等长肌力训练法,试验组则采用等长肌力训练法结合渐进放松法,训练1个月后评估手部力量及主观疼痛感受变化。结果:训练1个月后,试验组手部力量、VAS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:等长肌力训练结合渐进放松法可以显著提高手外伤患者的训练效果、减轻疼痛,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of isometric muscle strength training combined with progressive relaxation on the rehabilitation training of hand injury. Methods: 40 cases of hand trauma with pain were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with each of 20 cases, control group only with isometric strength training, experimental group adopted isometric strength training combined with progressive relaxation, evaluating hand force and subjective pain a month later. Results: After training of a month hand strength and VAS scores improve- ment degree of experimental group were both significantly better than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Isometric muscle strength train- ing combined with progressive relaxation can significantly improve the training effect of hand injury and relieve pain, being worthy of clinical popularization and application.
