摘要
目的:研究智能运动反馈系统在手外伤患者术后康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:患者随机分为常规康复组(43例)和运动反馈训练组(41例),常规康复组进行主被动运动、理疗及关节松动术治疗,而运动反馈训练组在常规康复的基础上增加每日两次运动反馈手功能训练,在治疗前后进行手总主关节活动度(TAM)、上肢功能指数(UEFI)评定并比较结果。结果:8周康复治疗后两组TAM、UEFI指数均有明显上升,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时治疗后运动反馈训练组TAM、UEFI指数高于常规康复组,其中UEFI指数差异更加明显(P<0.01)。结论:手外伤术后患者进行智能运动反馈系统训练能够显著提高手部功能,改善手部控制能力及灵活性。
Objective:The research is to study the effect of intelligent motion feedback system in hand-injury patients.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into normal rehabilitation group(43 cases) and the motor feedback training group(41 cases), normal rehabilitation group receive physical therapy and joint mobilization, and motor feedback group receive intelligent motion feedback training twice a day beside normal rehabilitation.Results:The TAM and UEFI index of both two groups are obviously increased after 8 weeks(P〈0.01).At the same time, the TAM and UEFI index of the motor feedback training group are higher than normal rehabilitation group, especially UEFI index was statistically significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The patients with hand injury after surgery who receive intelligent motion feedback system training can significantly improve the hand function,and improving the hand control ability and flexibility.
