摘要
目的研究肺炎支原体(MP)感染儿童急性期血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)与白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平,探讨其临床意义。方法将160例研究对象分为3组:MP肺炎组(A组,80例)、非MP肺炎组(B组,40例)和对照组(C组,40例)。A组按照重症支原体肺炎诊断标准,分成普通型组(52例)和重症组(28例);普通型组按有无蛋白尿分成蛋白尿组(30例)和无蛋白尿组(22例)。采用ELISA法检测MCP-l与IL-10水平。结果 1 A组MCP-1、IL-10水平均高于B组和C组(P<0.05);2重症组MCP-1水平明显高于普通型组(t=9.9031,P<0.05);3蛋白尿组与无蛋白尿组MCP-1水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.0605,P>0.05)。结论 MP肺炎患儿血清MCP-1及IL-10水平均显著升高,且与其他原因所致肺炎差异明显,提示血清MCP-1及IL-10水平可作为早期诊断MP肺炎的依据之一。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum MCP-1 and IL-IO in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae and their clinical significance. Methods The current study included 160 subjects which were divided into three groups: the mycoplasmal pneumonia (the group A), the non-mycoplasmal pneumonia group (the group B) and the normal group ( the group C). According to the diagnostic criteria of severe mycoplasmal pneumonia, the chil- dren in the mycoplasmal pneumonia group were further divided into two groups: the popular type group (52 cases) and the severe group (28 cases) in which the former ones were divided into the proteinuria group (30 cases) and the without-proteinuria group (22 cases). The blood samples of each group were harvested and double? antibody sand- wich ELISA was used to detect the levels of serumal MCP-1 and IL-10. Results The levels of serum MCP-1 in the group A was higher than in the group B and C ( P 〈 0. 05). In addition, among the mycoplasmal pneumonia group, severe children had higher MCP-1 ( t = 9. 9025, P 〈 0. 05). Compare with the children with or without proteinuria, there was no statistical difference (t = 0. 0608, P 〉 0.05 ), which illustrated no obvious relevance between proteinuri- a and MCP-1 level. The levels of serum IL-10 in the group A were higher than the other two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), which also showed a higher level of IL-10 in mycoplasmal pneumonia children. Conclusion The levels of serum IL- 10 in the mycoplasmal pneumonia group are higher than the other two groups, which also shows a higher level of IL-10 in mycoplasmal pneumonia children.
