摘要
生态位视角下,高等教育治理的现代化标准主要体现在:治理主体的异质性、治理禀赋的互补性、治理地位的稳定性以及治理疆域的限定性四个方面。但由于现代化本身是一个长期过程,且在现代化进程中高等教育治理也面临转型问题,通过对当前我国高等教育治理现代化面临的生态位困境,诸如高等教育治理生态位重叠困境、生态位宽幅失衡以及生态位"碎片"倾向进行分析,以期为高等教育治理现代化提供错位参与、恰适宽度以及包容治理等优化策略。
In the perspective of niche, the standard of modernization of the governance of higher education is mainly reflected in four aspects： heterogeneity of governance subject, complementarity of governance endowment,stability of governance status and limited governing territory. However, due to the modernization is a long-term process, and in the process of modernization the governance of higher education also faces problems of transformation. Through the analysis of the dilemma about the niche of higher education governance, such as the overlap of higher education governance niche, the imbalance of width of niche and the tendency of debris of education governance niche. In order to provide the optimal strategy for the governance of higher education, such as the participation of dislocation, the appropriate width and the inclusive governance.
