摘要
针对电脱盐污水含油特征,提出了分步分级模块化聚结除油的方法 ,并进行了中试试验。结果表明,该方法对入口含油质量浓度为150~3 550 mg/L的电脱盐污水的除油率达90%以上,净化水出口含油质量浓度稳定〈50mg/L,表现出操作弹性大、快速高效及低压降的特点。该技术在电脱盐污水除油领域具有良好的适用性,为电脱盐污水除油处理提供了新的技术思路。
Aiming at the characteristic that the electric desalting wastewater contains oil ,a new method for removing oil by modularized coalescence based on classification step by step has been proposed ,and pilot scale tests accomp-lished. The results show that by this method ,the oil removing rate of the electric desalting wastewater ,whose oil mass concentration ranges from150 mg/L to 3 550 mg/L at the inlet ,can be higher than 90%,and the oil mass concentra-tion of the purified water at the outlet keeps at less than 50 mg/L stably ,showing characteristics of high operation elasticity,rapid and high efficiency and low pressure drop. Therefore,this process has very good applicability in the oil removing field of electric desalting wastewater ,providing a new concept for the treatment of electric desalting wastewater.
