Technology for waste water emission reduction in processing high acid heavy crude oil

摘要 针对中海油宁波大榭石化有限公司沥青装置的高酸重质原油电脱盐工艺油水分离困难,电脱盐污水含盐量高,可生化性差,污水处理难度大等问题,采用了高频电脱盐技术、液环泵抽真空技术、间歇式活性污泥法工艺(SBR)、超滤反渗透与臭氧催化氧化组合工艺等对装置进行改造。结果表明,采用上述工艺和技术后,污水回用率达到80%;与改造前相比,改造后加工每吨原油的新鲜水消耗量、污水排放量(0.066 t)、化学需氧量排放量(0.03 t)依次降低了57.0%,30.7%,50.4%;其中,后二者均达到了HJ/T 125—2003石油炼制企业清洁生产一级标准。 According to the problems of the poor oil/water separation in the electric desalting process for high acid heavy crude oil and the difficulty in treatment owing to the high salt content and the bad biodegradability of waste water,the high - frequency electric desalting technique,liquid ring pump vacuum technique, sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process and wastewater catalytic ozonation deep treatment process were applied to the revam- ping of electric desalter in the asphalt unit of Daxie Petrochemical Co Ltd. The results showed that with above techniques and processes, the recovery rate of wastewater reached 80%. After revamping, the fresh water consumption, the wastewater emission (0. 066 t) and the chemical oxygen demand (0.03 t) per ton of crude oil decreased by 57.0% ,30.7% and 50.4% respectively compared to those before revam- ping, and these last two met the primary standard of refinery cleaning production in HJ/T 125--2003.
