Oil Pre-separate Facility of the Electric Desalting Wastewater

摘要 污水含油量高是制约电脱盐装置达标的指标,通过对电脱盐污水预除油设施进行改造和完善,可为达标创造条件,使污水含油量降低到200mg/L 以下,回收污油可回注到电脱盐装置入口,达到节能增效的目标。 The high oily wastewater prohibits the electric desalting unit to reach the standards.Improvement of the oil pre-separation facility for electric desalting wastewater can decrease the oil content to low 200 mg/L.The recovery oil can be injected back to inlet of the electric desalting unit so as to reach the aim of saving energy and increasing benefit.
