摘要
高压往复柱塞泵在油田的压裂、酸化和固井等作业过程中常发生失效,特别是作为泵送介质的核心部件阀箱常发生疲劳开裂。为解决柱塞泵阀箱的疲劳失效问题,通过大量的开裂案例分析,系统归纳出油田用高压柱塞泵阀箱发生疲劳开裂的主要诱因,主要包括关键区域的应力集中、阀座区域的冲击作用及泵送介质造成的点蚀等。从结构设计和材料合金设计等2个方面分别进行分析得知,通过优化结构改善阀箱内腔的应力分布情况,以及在阀箱的高强度合金材料的选取上进行改进可延长柱塞泵阀箱的使用寿命。
The failure of high pressure reciprocating pump is often observed in the oilfield during the fractu?ring, acidizing or cementing operations, especially the fatigue cracking of pump housing-the core component for pumping fracturing fluids?To address the fatigue failure of pump housing, the main reasons of the fatigue cracking of the high?pressure reciprocating pump housing have been investigated through amount of cracking case studies, including the stress concentration on the key zone, impacts on the valve seat and the pit corrosion from the pum?ping fluid?Analysis on the structural design and material design showed that improving the stress distribution inside the pump housing by optimizing the structure, as well as selecting the high?strength alloy material for the pump housing could improve the service life of pump housing.
