摘要
针对高压柱塞泵液缸体开裂问题,对液缸的结构及受力情况进行研究,分析了液缸体的材料、壁厚确定和强度校核方法及安全系数的取值。当液体工作压力在50~70 MPa时,建议液缸选用42CrMo锻造液缸体。结构设计时,注意把液缸体内的高应力集中部位和高压交变载荷区分开来。在制造工艺上采取措施,所有孔的相交处倒圆角R5,并保证内孔的粗糙度Ra≤3.2μm,以减弱应力集中的影响。
Focuses on the occurrence of cracks on high pressure piston pump's hydraulic cylinder and does research on the structure of the hydraulic cylinder as well as the forces being applied to it.It analyses the method used in checking the wall thickness and strength,the material of the fluid cylinder and the value range of the safety factor.When the working pressure of the liquid is within 50~ 70 MPa,it is recommended to select 42CrMo forged hydraulic cylinder as the hydraulic cylinder.During structural designing,pay special attention to separate the high stress-concentrated body parts and the high alternating-load body parts of the hydraulic cylinder.It is suggested to take measures in the manufacturing process and round all the holes at the intersection to R5.In addition,hould ensure the roughness of the hole's inner surface Ra to be no more than 3.2 μm,in order to weaken the effect of stress concentration.
