摘要
目前煤层气开发主要依靠压裂增采,压裂作业中泵壳工况恶劣。应用ABAQUS软件对某2000型压裂泵泵壳体进行了动态应力分析,结果表明,壳体应力分布不均,整体强度富裕,却在从动轴轴承座处出现高应力,在最大静载荷作用下其安全系数仅1.2,需要加强;该分析为壳体优化提供了理论依据。
At present CBM development relies mainly on the fracturing increase mining, irame of fracturing pump was in the bad environment. The dynamic stress analysis of frame for 2000 triplex fracturing pump have been done by ABQUAS. The analysis results show that the frame's stress distribution is uneven, he overall rigidity of frame is rich, but driven shaft housings in high stress area, the local safety coefficient is 1.2 under the ultimate load. The finite element analysis of frame for 2000 triplex fracturing pump can provide the theoretical basis for further optimization of structure optimization
