摘要
为加强对经济困难大学生的发展援助,研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,调查90后家庭经济困难大学生的发展现状特征及其与不同年级、性别、家庭构成、城乡、区域等人口学因素的关系,结果发现90后家庭经济困难大学生发展现状总体良好,在思想、学习、心理、交往、对未来规划方面存在明显的内部群体差异。为此,提出发展援助建议:结合差异分类援助,强化成长主体性;开展学习帮扶,重视技能培训;建立心理跟踪长效机制;营造健康、友好型校园人文环境;科学设定未来规划课程等。
In order to improve the assistance to the development of the university students from economically disadvantaged families,this research is made through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the characteristics of the development status of university students from economically disadvantaged families born after 1990 and its relationship with such demographic factors as different grades,gender,family structure,urban and rural areas and regions etc.. Results show that current development of these students are fairly sound but the students differ sharply in ideology,study,psychology,communication and their plans for future. Thus such suggestions are proposed as classified assistance with the consideration of the differences of the students and strengthening the growth of subjectivity; helping and aiding in study and focusing on skill training; establishing a long- term mechanism of psychological tracking; creating healthy,friendly campus cultural environment; scientifically setting future planning courses,etc..
