高校资助育人工作现状调研及心理帮扶路径探讨——以湖南中医药大学为例

摘要 近年来,国家始终高度重视高校资助育人工作,学生资助工作力度逐步加大,然而目前高校普遍存在重经济资助轻精神心理激励的问题。通过调查问卷分析,发现一些受助学生在现行资助政策支持下自主意识淡薄、解困能力弱、心理敏感、缺乏自信和感恩之心。为此,在针对家困生调查问卷中受助者所提建议基础上,建议优化家困生心理帮扶机制、健全受助者完善的人格,营造积极向上的校园环境,深入了解学生的心理和思想动态,合理分配物质和精神激励比重,关注学生的内在需求,把家庭经济困难学生的心理健康问题作为一项重要的工作去开展,做到资助育人与心理育人齐头并进。 In recent years,China has always attached great importance to the work of funding for education in colleges and universities,and the strength of student financial assistance has gradually increased.However,at present,there is a general tendency in colleges and universities to attach importance to economic subsidiarity rather than spiritual and psychological incentives.Through questionnaire analysis,it is found that the students receiving assistance have weak consciousness of autonomy,weak ability to solve problems,mental sensitivity,lack of self-confidence and lack of gratitude under the support of the current financial assistance policy.Based on the suggestions made by the recipients in the questionnaire for disadvantaged students,this paper focuses on the active discussion of the psychological help strategies for disadvantaged students in colleges and universities from three aspects:optimizing the psychological help mechanism for disadvantaged students,improving the personality of the assisted students,and creating a positive campus environment,so as to deeply understand the psychological and ideological dynamics of students,and rationally allocate the proportion of material and spiritual incentives,pay attention to the inner needs of students,take the mental health problems of students from poor families as an important work to carry out,so that financial for education and psychological education could go hand in hand.
