摘要
对广西269名中职教师的问卷调查表明,专任教师和行政人员由于工作性质和特点不同,对中职教育发展的现状认识与建议有差异。建议启动标准化抽样调查,关注专任教师和行政人员两类人员的关注焦点,为中等职业教育质量提升打好基础。
A questionnaire survey on 269 teachers of secondary vocational school in Guangxi shows difference in cognition of secondary vocational education between full-time teachers and administrators due to the difference in the nature and features of their respective work. The article suggests that standardized sampling surveys should be started and attention be paid to the key focus of full-time teachers and administrators so as to lay good foundation for improvement of secondary vocational education quality.
