摘要
教师和行政管理人员是高校的两大基本组成群体,这两个群体之间的职业差异必然存在冲突。高校教师与行政人员之间的冲突是高校管理活动中非常重要的而且必须重视的问题。分析和解决高校教师与行政人员之间的职业冲突,对构建和谐高校有着重要的意义。
Teachers and administrators are the two basic components of occupation groups in college and university.The different administrative nature between these two groups will certainly lead to conflict.The conflict between them is an important problem we should pay much attention to in university management activities.It is of great importance in building harmonious university to analyze the conflict and try to solve it.
