摘要
计算材料学实验教学是材料实验教学体系中的重要组成部分。由于涉及众多学科、理论知识复杂、模拟体系范围广等特点,使得计算材料学实验的开展与实施存在较大的困难。文中以氮化钛的计算模拟为案例,从实验内容的选取、实验教学的开展以及实验结果的分析等方面阐述了笔者在计算材料学实验开展过程中的经验及体会。期望能对此类实验的有效开展提供有益的经验借鉴。
Computational materials science experiment( CMSE) is a significant subject in undergraduate experiment teaching system.During the multidisciplinary and complexity of fundamental knowledge and the wide range of simulation covered,CMSE is difficult to carry out the experimental teaching of the computational material science.In this paper,computation and simulation of titanium nitride was selected as an example to expound how to select the experiment contents,conduct experiment teaching and analysze the experiment results.Some useful experiences for reference were provided to develop such similar experiments.
