摘要
基于对贵州布依族补雨村的访谈调查和实地观察,文章提出生产参与型旅游开发的评价指标体系,并通过AHP分析法建立了开发模式的层次结构,确定了评价要素层和评价因子层各指标对应的权重,计算出评价的数学表达式。为了验证开发模式的可行性,通过问卷进行调查发现:该村旅游吸引物还不具有市场竞争实力,再加上相关农业生产教育培训、农产品市场营销、公民组织责任监督等方面的缺失,以及生态环境可持续发展问题,致使设计生产参与型旅游开发模式与补雨村实际旅游发展不匹配。因此,应从赋予居民话语权利、加强公共基础设施建设、重视旅游产品品牌建设、落实环境保护制度、认真做实土地流转工作等五个方面来推动该村旅游的包容性发展。
Based on the interview investigation and field observation of Buyu Village of Buyi people in Guizhou,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of production-participative type of tourism development,and also uses the AHP method of analysis to construct the hierarchical structure of the development model and determine every index weight of evaluation factors and layers. What's more,it also calculates the mathematical expressions of evaluation. In order to verify the feasibility of the development model,this paper deeply carries out the investigation by questionnaire. The results show that: the tourism attractions of this village does not have the market competition strength,and lack the relevant educational training to the local people on agricultural production,agricultural products marketing and responsibility of civil organization to supervision. In addition,this village also faces the sustainable development of ecological environment. As a result,the designed tourism development model in production-participative type does not match the actual tourism development in Buyu Village. In this regard,this paper summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the existence of the problem,and aims to boom the inclusive development of Buyu Village through five aspects,including giving more discourse right to the residents,strengthening the construction of public infrastructure,attaching great importance to constructing tourism product brand,carrying out environmental protection systems and consolidating land circulation work.
