摘要
在具有丰富文化旅游资源的贫困乡村地区,文化与旅游融合发展日渐成为实施脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴战略的重要实践形式.文旅融合扶贫的生成是理论、历史、现实、创生和市场五大合力促发的结果,其内涵包括“扶之为何”“所扶何贫”和“贫之何扶”三个维度.明晰了文旅融合扶贫在供给侧、需求侧与成效测量方面的现实制因,需要进一步从资本培育、运作能力、支持体系、融合场景等方面精准实践和有效推进,助力贫困地区的文旅融合扶贫事业向纵深发展.
In poverty-stricken rural areas with rich cultural tourism resources,the integrated development of culture and tourism has increasingly become an important practical form of implementing poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy.The generation of culture and tourism integration for poverty alleviation is a result jointly promoted by the five forces of theory,history,reality,creation and market,and its connotation includes the three dimensions of"why to alleviate","what poverty to alleviate"and"how to alleviate property".This paper makes clear the practical restrictions on culture and tourism integration for poverty alleviation in terms of supply side,demand side and effectiveness measurement,and brings forward that it’s necessary to further precisely practice and effectively promote the undertaking from the aspects of capital cultivation,operation ability,support system,integration scene,etc.,and thus boost this undertaking in poverty-stricken areas to develop in depth.
