摘要
系统通过金属的涡流效应引起的通电线圈磁场的变化精确检测金属物体,以MSP430为控制核心,LDC1000电感数字转换器作为金属物体探头,采用42BYGH两相混合式步进电机扫描,LCD12864液晶屏显示金属物体的位置,设计制作了一种可自主移动的金属探测定位系统装置,阐释了系统的硬件电路及其软件流程。经测试,硬币和自制铁环置于50 cm×50 cm的检测区域中,系统能准确定位扫描区域内的硬币和铁环。
Taking MSP430 as the core of control system, using LDC1000 inductor digital converter as a metal object probe, using42 BYGH hatchback hybrid stepping motor scanning, LCD12864 LCD displays the location of metal objects, designed a metal detec-tor can be autonomous mobile positioning system means changes caused by eddy current effects of metal coil is energized the mag-netic field accurately detect metal objects. The hardware circuit and software flow of system are introcluced. After testing, coins and homemade hoop in 50 cm × 50 cm detection zone, the system can accurately locate the scan coins and hoop area.
