电涡流传感器燃气实时控制系统设计

摘要 燃气系统在工业、国防及人们日常生活中具有广泛应用。针对燃气系统的空烧现象,利用电涡流传感器和单片机设计了一种燃气节能控制器,以便在系统使用过程实现燃气的实时控制。它克服了目前燃气控制器使用不便,易损坏,使用寿命不长等缺点,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。 Gas system was widely applied to the industry, defense and people's dally hie. In this paper, in order to extinguish the useless burning of the gas system, a new energy-saving controller for gas control system is designed with electric eddy current sensor and single-chip computer control the gas control system in real-time. Some shortcomings of current energy-saving controller for gas system, such as inconvenient to use, easily damaged and short service life, are overcame. The economic and social benefits of the gas system are obviously increased.
