摘要
基于STM32微控制器,设计了一种使用Android手机通过无线WIFI技术控制的金属探测小车。以LDC1000传感器为小车的金属探头,搭载一个摄像头,利用WIFI实现视频传输与接收,实时将摄像头拍摄到的图像传输至手机通信端,手机可以控制小车运动,同时在手机界面上实时显示金属探测结果和视频监控画面。根据金属物体成分、大小和距离的不同,在手机上显示为10个不同的感应强度级别。测试结果表明,该金属探测小车系统检测性能稳定、适用性强,具有良好的推广价值,可以应用在排雷、考古、探测、搜捕等危险场合。
Using STM32 microcontroller,this paper designed a metal detector vehicle system which is controlled by an Android mobile phone through wireless WIFI technology.The vehicle takes LDC1000 sensors as metal probe,carries a camera which is applied to capture images and realize transmitting to mobile phone through WIFI video transmission and receiving.The mobile phone can control the vehicle movement,achieve real-time metal detection and video monitor,and display 10 levels of inductive strength according to different metal composition,sizes and distance.The test shows that the detection performance of the metal detection vehicle system is very stable and adaptable,it can be applied in mine clearance,archaeology,detection and manhunt such dangerous situations with excellent popularization value.
