Advance of SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathways in stem cell therapy for myocardial infarction

摘要 基质细胞衍生因子(SDF-1)最开始被认为是骨髓CD34+细胞的趋化因子,诱导干细胞从骨髓中向外周迁移。后续研究发现,SDF-1不仅存在于骨髓,心脏、骨骼肌、脑组织也可以分泌SDF-1。SDF-1结合其受体CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4),形成SDF-1/CXCR4通路,启动细胞内信号转导系统,发挥多种生物学功能,近年来,大量实验表明,SDF-1/CXCR4在心肌梗死干细胞治疗中发挥重要作用,现就这一通路作一综述。 Stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1) was considered as the chemokine of CD34+stem cells in the bone marrow, which induced the migration of CD34+ stem cells from bone marrow to the peripheral blood. Furthermore, many organs including heart, skeletal muscle and brain could secrete SDF-1 that interacts with CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4), the receptor of SDF-1, to constitute the SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathways. This signaling cascades could activate the cellular signal transduction system that plays important roles in the cell biological function. Recently, many experiments and researches indicate that SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathways is essential for the stem cells therapy in the myocardial infarction. This article introduced the effects of SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathways in the stem cells migration, paracrine, adhesion and angiogenesis for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
