摘要 缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxic—ischemic braindamage.HIBD)是一种常见的中枢神经系统损伤,其发病率高,可造成瘫痪、智力低下等后遗症,严重影响患者生活质量,给家庭和社会带来巨大负担,目前尚无理想治疗方法。
