摘要
目的:观察中药膏方调治溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院内科就诊的42例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予中药膏方服用,对照组以普通中药处方煎剂治疗。于治疗第30天时由患者本人填写调查量表,观察治疗后临床症状变化情况。疗程均为30 d,观察临床疗效,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为75.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药膏方调治溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,有良好的临床效果。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of herbal paste for ulcerative colitis. Methods： A total of 42 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group used the Chinese herbal ointment and the control group with common prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. On 30 th day,the patients filled in the questionnaire to observe the changes of clinical symptoms after treatment. The course of treatment was 30 days. We observed the clinical effect and the treatment group＇s total efficiency was 90. 0% and 75. 0% in the control group. The curative effect in treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Results： Conclusion： Chinese herbal ointment has a good clinical effect on ulcerative colitis.
