摘要
随着高校的不断扩招,高校师资队伍建设工作是一项重要任务。各院校都在积极寻找提高教师教学水平的方法。教学督导是一条提高教师教学能力的有效途径。文章介绍了我校校级教学督导的方式、教学督导的评价指标体系、教学督导的评分结果及其对提高教师教学水平的意义。
With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the construction of teacher team in colleges and universities is an important task. Colleges and universities are actively looking for ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers. Teaching supervision is suggested to be an effective way to improve the teaching ability of teachers.This paper introduces the teaching supervision method, the evaluation index system of the teaching supervision, the significance of the evaluation results of the teaching supervision in improving the teaching ability of teachers.
