摘要
课堂教学能力是教师能力结构的核心。当前高校教师由于课堂教学能力的缺失而影响了课堂教学的质量。建构课堂教学能力,包括提高课堂教学的设计能力、加强对课堂教学主体的研究与监控能力、提升课堂教学的组织能力、构建适当的课堂教学评价能力,以此改进课堂教学的质量,改善课堂教学的效果。
Clssroom teaching ability is the core of university teacher’s abilities.University teacher lack clssroom teaching ability which affects teaching quality.Therefore they have to improve clssroom teaching ability,including the ability to design a class,the ablity to study and control teaching,the abilty to organize classroom teaching and appraise students.
