医护一体化模式用于优质护理服务实践分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨医护一体化模式在优质护理服务中的应用价值与效果。方法2013年4月至2014年5月在医院脑科中心进行医护一体化的优质服务改革试点,对改革前后的术前等待时间、患者满意度、平均住院时间、医护人员的满意度等项目进行比较和分析。结果改革前和改革后患者的平均住院时间和术前的等待时间有明显差异(P〈0.05);改革前患者的满意率为90.00%,改革后为98.75%,改革前后的患者的满意率有明显差距,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过医护一体化的改革,住院时间和术前的等待时间显著减少,患者满意度提高,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value and effect of medical care integration mode in high quality nursing service. Methods From May to April 2013 in our hospital, the medical and health care integration of the two subjects and Department of Urology, the reform of the quality of service ,the reform of the pro and after the waiting time, patient satisfaction, the average length of stay, medical staff satisfaction and other projects were compared and analyzed.Results The average length of hospital stay and waiting time were significantly different(P〈0.05) before reform and after the reform, the satisfaction rate of the patients was 90.00%, the satisfaction rate was 98.75%.The satisfaction rate of patients was significandy different before and after the reform, the two groups had statistical signifieance(P 〈 0.05 ).Conclusion Through the integration of medical care, hospitalization time and waiting time were significantly reduced,the satisfaction of patients was improved, it is worth promoting and application.
