摘要
通过从近年来恶性暴力伤医及"医闹"事件频发的现状入手,分析引起医患关系紧张的深层次问题,提出了政府引导、完善机制、有效缓解老百姓"看病难、看病贵",媒体理性报道、正确导向以及医患双方加强沟通、重建信任才是有效解决医患问题和有效治理医患纠纷的根本对策。
