摘要
儿科学所涉及的患儿和疾病具有特殊性。患儿存在个体、性别、年龄等多方面的差异,疾病复杂多样、进展快。同时,患儿及其家长在医疗过程中的焦躁情绪与高期望值,以及医护人员在主客观方面的不足等因素共同导致了儿科医患冲突的产生。在儿童的医疗诊治过程中,医务人员不仅要具备过硬的技术和基础知识,还要掌握正确的沟通方式与沟通技巧,以此来缓解矛盾。
pediatrics is specific for children and their specific diseases. The patients are different in individual, gender differ- ences, age and so on. The disease canbe complex, and the progress can be rapid. At the same time, there are always the anxieties and high expectations of patients and their parents, the shortage on the objective and subjective aspects of medical staff, which are causing the conflicts in the medical treatment process. So the medical staff should not only need excellent technology and basic knowledge, but also need to have the ability to communicate with children and their families, in order to alleviate the contradiction.
