摘要
随着我国医学专业水平的快速提高,医学人文素质教育相对低下的缺点愈加明显。神经外科专业作为一个高风险、高压力的职业,对于从业医师的人文素质要求更高。通过不同的教学形式和措施,融合医学人文素质教育和临床教学实践,是培养神经外科专业研究生成为同时具有较高专业素质和人文智慧的合格神经外科人才的必然途径。
With the fast medical development in our country,the negligence and lack of medical humanism education has become more and more prominent.As a high-stress and high-risk profession,neurosurgeon requires higher humanities quality.Combination of clinical teaching and clinical practice with humanities quality education is critical for the training of neurosurgery graduate student to be qualified neurosurgeon with both medical humanities spirit and good professional quality.
