院前急救医生应具备一定的素质要求。首先要具有分秒必争的急救意识;第二,具有丰富的全科知识和熟练的操作技术;第三,具有良好的心理素质;第四,具有健康的体魄;第五,具有一定的组织指挥能力;第六,具有不怕艰险的牺牲精神。
This paper discusses the qualifications that doctors of pre -hospital care should possess, including emergency consciousness, comprehensive knowledge and experienced operating techniques, fine psychological quality, satisfactory physical condition, certain organizing and commanding ability, and the spirit of braveness and commitment.
