摘要
对SK5钢制作细薄零件时马氏体等温淬火与油冷淬火后的力学性能进行比较,探讨了马氏体等温淬火对材料综合力学性能的影响。结果表明:用马氏体等温淬火工艺代替油冷淬火能减小零件的变形;而且马氏体等温淬火后细薄零件的硬度、弹性等综合性能与油冷淬火后的差别不大。
The influences of martensite austempering on machanical properties of materials were obtained by comparing martensite austempering and oil quenching on SK5 steel. The conclusion shows that deformation reduces by using martensite austempering instead of oil quenching. Meanwhile, the hardness and elasticity has little difference between eachother.
