摘要
对超高强度钢40CrNi2Si2MoVA进行了马氏体和贝氏体等温淬火热处理。结果表明,两种等温淬火工艺都能得到马氏体+下贝氏体+少量残余奥氏体的复合组织,使得各项力学性能指标得到良好的配合。本文探讨了40CrNi2Si2MoVA组织性能的变化规律,总结出最合理的热处理工艺参数。
The heat-treatment of bainite and martensite isothermal quenching for 40CrNi2Si2MoVA ultrahigh strength steel was carried on.The results show that martensite,bainite and less retained austenite composite were obtained by two kinds of isothermal quenching, which gets the good coordination of mechanical properties. The change rule of structure and properties of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA steel was discussed to summarize the right heat-treatment parameters.
