摘要
研究了各种热处理方法对20Cr钢强韧性的影响。用强韧化指数K比较各种热处理工艺的强韧化效果。结果表明,马氏体转变区200°C分级淬火具有最好的强韧性,两相区再加热400°C贝氏体等温淬火具有最好的强塑性。
The influence of various ways of heat treatment on the strength and toughness of 20Cr steel was studied.The effect of various heat treatment processes on strengthening and toughening was compared by using strengthening and toughening exponent K.The results show marquenching makes the steel having good strength and toughness in 200°C martensite transformation area.The results show reheating partial austempering makes the steel having good strength and plasticity in 400°C bainitic transformation area.
