研究了SH复合变质剂对Si Mn Mo空冷贝氏体铸钢铸态组织和性能的影响 试验结果表明 ,SH复合变质剂对铸态组织和冲击韧性有显著的影响 ,但对铸态硬度影响不明显 SH复合变质剂存在
The effect of multiple SH modification agent on the as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of Si-Mn-Mo bainitic cast steel in air cooling was introduced.Testing results show that the as-cast microstructure and impact toughness are greatly affected by the multiple SH modification agent,but there is little influence on the as-cast hardness.Moreover,there is an optimal addition of 0.4%wt of the multiple SH modification agent for the experimental materials.
