摘要
变形是影响织针出针率的重要因素,减小织针变形有重要意义。本文用自行设计制造的矫正夹具对热处理后的变形织针进行了热矫正。结果表明:使用新矫正夹具对变形织针的矫正效果明显优于使用原夹具;随着热矫正温度的升高,织针的硬度逐渐降低,织针变形量呈先缓慢后快速下降趋势。合适的热矫正工艺能有效减少变形,并且能使硬度满足要求。
The deformation is an important factor affecting the output rate of knitting needle. Reducing knitting needle deformation has important significance. The hot rectification of the deformed knitting needles was carried out by using the fixture of self design and manufacture. The results show that rectification effect of using the new rectification fixture on the deformed knitting needles is obviously better than that of using the original fixture. With the increase of the temperature of the hot rectification, the hardness of knitting needle decreases gradually, the knitting needle deformation decreases firstly slowly and then decreases rapidly. The appropriate hot rectification technology can effectively reduce the deformation, and can make the hardness meet the requirements.
