摘要
针对异步电动机转子处于偏心状态时产生的电磁不平衡拉力会引起电动机振动,严重影响电动机性能的现象,根据电磁场理论建立了转子偏心状态时径向电磁力解析表达式,分别利用解析法和有限元数值法对偏心状态的电磁力特性及其对电机振动影响进行分析,对样机进行振动测试和模态实验。结果表明:电机转子偏心时径向电磁力存在奇次力波;在转子动偏心时径向电磁力的频率出现了与转子磁场角频率相同的频率。研究结果为异步电动机的故障诊断和振动研究奠定了基础。
Aiming at the vibration of induction motor caused by the unbalance electromagnetic force under rotor eccentricity, analytical expression of radial electromagnetic force under rotor eccentric was established based on electromagnetic theoryanalytical method and finite element numerical method were used to analysis electromagnetic force characteristics and influence on the vibration of three-phase induction motor, vibration and modal test were tested . The results indicate that radial electromagnetic forces have odd ordersunder rotor eccentricity and it includes the same frequency as rotor rotational frequency under dynamic eccentricity. The results establish the foundation for the fault diagnosis of three-phase induction motor.
