摘要 研究了感应电机偏心对杂散损耗的影响。对电机杂散损耗及偏心对气隙磁密的影响进行分析,得出偏心会增大定转子齿部表面损耗、脉振损耗及转子导条谐波损耗。通过有限元方法对不同偏心程度的电机进行仿真,比较铁耗与转子铜耗的变化。结果表明随着电机偏心程度的增加,电机杂散损耗增大。 Influence of rotor eccentricity on the stray loss in induction motor was investigated. The stray loss of motor and the effect of eccentricity on air gap flux density were analyzed. It was concluded that rotor tooth surface loss,pulsating loss and rotor conductor harmonic losses would be increased when motor is in eccentric. The changes of iron loss and rotor copper loss were compared under different degree of rotor eccentricity by the simulation of finite element method. Finally,it is shown that motor stray loss increases with the increase of eccentric degree.
