摘要
针对表贴式永磁电机转子偏心问题,建立了一种基于边界摄动法的静态偏心解析模型,采用矢量磁位推导偏心空载气隙磁场磁通密度解析表达式,解析模型中的偏心扰动量无量纲。磁通密度和不平衡磁拉力的解析结果与有限元分析结果相比较,证实了偏心模型的正确性和有效性。
In allusion to the problem of the surface-mounted permanent magnet motor with the rotor eccentricity, a static eccentric analytical model was established based on the boundary perturbation method, where the analytical expressions of eccentric no-load air-gap magnetic field flux density were deduced by the use of magnetic vector potential. The eccentric disturbance c is dimensionless in the analytical model. Comparing the flux density and the unbalanced magnetic force of the analytical results with the finite element analysis results, the correctness and effectiveness of the eccentric model is demonstrated.
