摘要
为了分析转子偏心故障对异步电机气隙磁场和输出转矩的影响,这篇文章利用有限元分析软件仿真分析了不同偏心率下静偏心和动偏心的气隙磁密和输出转矩的变化。研究表明,转子偏心故障会引起气隙磁场畸变。偏心率越大,气隙磁密波动越大,输出转矩波动越大。
In order to analyze the influence of rotor eccentricity fault on air-gap magnetic field and output torque of induction motor,this paper analyzes the changes of air-gap flux density and output torque at different eccentricity ratios of static and dynamic rotor eccentricities by finite-element simulation analysis software.The research results indicate that rotor eccentricity fault will result in the distortion of air-gap magnetic field,and the fluctuations of air-gap flux density will exacerbate with the increase of rotor eccentricity,and then the fluctuations of output torque will exacerbate.
